Immersed in the art of carpentry from an early age, Seamus honed his skills in the field and at technical college, where he formalized his expertise in carpentry.

After years of mastering his trade, Seamus moved to the Bay Area, where he spent nine years as a construction Project Manager, overseeing high-quality builds and renovations. His experience managing complex projects gave him a deep understanding of construction from the ground up—balancing efficiency, craftsmanship, and client expectations.

In 2018, Seamus struck out on his own, establishing Seamus Melaugh Construction. With over seven years of independent experience and a lifetime of knowledge, Seamus brings decades of hands-on experience, deep-rooted craftsmanship, and unwavering dedication to every project his company undertakes. Based in San Francisco, the company specializes in residential and commercial construction, delivering quality, integrity, and expertise to homeowners and businesses across the Bay Area.
